The Nautilus complex consists of four new holiday apartments right in the heart of Huskisson. All four apartments are very large and spacious with some spanning over three levels. The apartments are located on the main street of Huskisson and are a short stroll to shops and restaurants.

Apartment No.1 (3 bedroom)

This apartment faces north and has sweeping views over Jervis Bay and Currembene creek. It is a very large 3 bedroom apartment stretching over 3 levels. Level 1 consists of entry, laundry, main bathroom (complete with separate bath and shower), bedroom 3 complete with tri-bunk (double plus single), and bedroom 2 complete with queen bed opening onto ground floor court yard. Level 2 consists of huge living area/lounge (with sofa bed) opening onto timber deck with views of Jervis bay, kitchen, toilet, dining room opening onto large patio with outdoor setting and BBQ. Level 3 consists of large master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom complete with excellent views of the bay. This apartment also has air conditioning.

Apartment No.2 (3 bedroom)

Level 1 consists of entry, laundry, main bathroom (complete with separate bath and shower) and bedroom 2 complete with tri-bunks (opening onto ground floor court yard. Level 2 consists of lounge/dining opening onto timber deck with views of Jervis bay, kitchen, toilet, bedroom 1 with queen bed opening onto large patio with outdoor setting and BBQ. This apartment also has air conditioning.

Apartment No.4 (4 bedroom)

This apartment is located on the southern side of the complex with views of the main street of Huskisson. Entry is via ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and the rest of the apartment stretches over level two. This apartment is setout wonderfully, making use of great cross ventilation and light. Level two consists of Kitchen, bedroom 4 complete with bunkbed, large lounge/dining with sofa bed and large double sliding door access to huge north facing outdoor patio complete with outdoor setting and BBQ, bedroom 3 complete with tri-bunk (double plus single) and door to balcony facing main street, bedroom 2 complete with queen bed and door to balcony facing main street, Main bathroom with shower/bath and Master bedroom with queen Size bed and access to main patio via glass sliding doors as well ensuite bathroom. This apartment also has air conditioning.

Inclusions

TV, DVD, Stereo, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full fridge, Oven, Washing Machine, Dryer, Fan, Heater, Courtyard, Gas BBQ and balconies complete with outdoor tables and chairs.

Servicing, Linen and Cleaning

All four apartments are self contained and are also set up with a servicing ‘starter kit’. This consists of linen on arrival as well as basic toiletries. For stays over 7 nights, a service clean and linen change will occur at the half way point of your stay. This is at no additional charge. If you require additional services please tell us before you check-in.

Parking

Secure under-cover parking is provided. One parking space per apartment.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking inside premises.

Pets

No pets allowed.

Nautilus Apartments operates an 11pm noise curfew. Please be courteous to the other tenants in the building by vacating courtyard areas by this time and keeping noise to a minimum.

Huskissson is situated on the western side of the Bay which is famous for its clean, safe, white sand beaches, unspoilt and secluded bays, clear blue waters, national parks and nature reserves. The main street and neighbouring town of Vincentia are also blessed with boutique shopping and numerous cafes and restaurants. Vincentia has some of Jervis Bay's most beautiful beaches.
